Texas A&M University, College Station, TX

Led two lab classes each week during graduate school, until graduation. Then hired in full-time faculty position, and taught six lab classes of two dozen students each week.

  • developed curriculum each semester to support the needs of the department and students

  • provided small group leadership during classes by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

  • engaged in conflict-resolution to help student teams accomplish tasks

  • used interpersonal communication outside of class to mentor and develop students
